Trip to AP5

Postby VAF » Wed Nov 07, 2012 10:47 am

Hello,

I just returned from a one a week trip to Alcudia Smir .
The weather was raining and it was an opportunity for me to check the problems of damp walls and drainage .I was pleasantly surprised by the absence of moisture on the walls and the drainage of rainwater is satisfactory.
The AP5 is well secured and maintained even it persists here and there some minor repairs outside.
Building Sites were to stop due to the holiday feast of Eid.
On the AP7 I have seen some progress, notament regarding the pool.

Hope this helps

It' was quiet during my visit.
There was maximum 10 to 15 families in AP5.

I also went two weeks ago. There was substancial work done at AP 7. Stairs were done, kitchen was being placed. It seems to go well. In a couple of weeks, I will post some pictures.

When is your appartement going to be finished?

Ow, that's nice! AP 5 is the block in front of AP7, is that right? Summer, can't come soon enough!
