I would really like some photo's. Can you take pictures from AP7? See how far they are with respect to the windows, pool, concrete, gardening?

Thank you so much. Here are some pictures of my visit in October. Mine is the middle appartament block:

- AP7 intensive works ( a lot people working on it even on Sunday) . I'll post pictures soon
- V3 plot has been sold and work has been started
- From Excelia team AP2 (part of ) has been sold to a major moroccan bank
- From Excelia team all RT has been sold to an investor and works are starting
- AP5 : syndic is in place, some minor defects on facade.

I'll post pictures soon

Hope this help

Wow, sounds nice! I hope they continue their good work. My appartement in AP 7 will hopefully be completed before summer! Did you recognise my pictures?

Also, where is the V3 plot? I cannot find it. Where is AP 2? What is RT?

Hi Oulad,

I do'nt know if your appartment in AP7 will be completed before summer.
V3 plot is the empty plot front of AP5.
AP2 is in the back of AP1
RT for residence touristique is in the front of the ressort along the road , moroccan railway (ONCF) bought one of the RT and was functional since summer 2012

Hope this helps

Looks nice. I saw my appartement in the pictures. All of the basic infrastructure is up. The walls look great the swimming pool is coming along, gardening is probably the last phase. But still no doors and windows.

I don't think it will be finished this summer. Perhaps if they work really hard. Then again I am no expert. I was not planning on going this summer anyway. Need to save some money for furniture!

Thank you for the pictures! Perhaps we shall meet in 2014 when I am there :p

thanks a lot, much appreciated! In a strange way, I am hoping they will delay the deliverance of my appartement. Gives me a chance to save some money! I just hope the quality will be okay!

regards,
