Status Update 2 - Court Appearance AP1 Syndic

This matter is progressing slowly but surely.
The last hearing after the 29 November was the 10 January. The next hearing is set for 31 January 2013 where again the AP1 Syndic must reply to the evidence given to the courts mainly in relation to the contravention of Moroccan Law 18.00 for Condominiums and Co-ownership.
AP1 Owners will be kept informed of developments.
