Insurance for apt

Postby Snippy » Mon Dec 03, 2012 10:28 pm

Hello, I had being getting insurance for my apt for the past 2 years and it is due for renewal soon. Does anyone know if the 500 euro we pay on service charges covers the insurance of the apts? Or are people still arranging separate insurance themselves?

Thanks
Snippy

I use Intasure, the rate is fairly similar to a UK property would be. I think I pay about £15 each a month. Been with them for a couple of years, no idea how good they are though, you don't really know until something goes wrong I don't suppose - I know they let you take out the policy and that they take the direct debit without a problem every month...
