has anyone used Maitre Mazzouz in Tetouan to complete the sale?

Paid them the money a few months ago but they appear to be taking ages to complete the paperwork.

Anybody else complete who has experience of how long the completion process takes?

Does anyone know if the pool has been repaired? We are planning to go to Alcudia for Easter and friends have asked to come with us. I really don't want to encourage them if the pool hasn't been sorted out.
