Hi Al Aqariya,


I called Alcudia Smir on site office , about scheduled completion on AP2.
They confimed the whole development will complete by summer 2011.

From the the posted pictures this seems to be not realistic.

Hi VAF,

I Agree, not the initial plan.
Beacause V-3 the villas in front of AP-4 & 5 are not started yet,
just like the rest of the AP's at the back and the commercial area.
I don't know what they exactly told you but with finishing i think they mean the started plots e.g. AP-2/4/5&7?

When speaking about completion, means of course about started plots ( AP-2/4/5&7 and not AP3 ,AP9, V3,..not yet started)
From what you have seen on site , do you really think completion
on AP-2/4/5&7 seems to be realistic.

Hi VAF,

Yes, in my opinion it is realistic. There is still enough time.
They already started with the interior finishing, tiles, doors, windows, wardrobes etc. in AP-4 for the 3 front blocs.
Only problem is that they have to finish 3 or 4 blocs behind me.
AP-5 & AP-7 is more progressed than AP-4. All blocs are builded and windows doors etc are fitted. so it is possible to do the landscaping tree flowers etc

For AP-2 in fact it is also more progressed because all blocs have been builded, i think.
