Despite cancelling 7 months ago I am yet to receive my deposit back ! After being promised it back in March all emails/faxes are now being ignored, and as for phoning no one actually answers ! Anyone thinking of buying here think again ! It is looking like I have to go down the route of getting legal representation over in Morocco which I could do without the hassle. Anyone having the same problems get in touch

I've had enough also and am considering going down the same route. Total shambles of a develpoment and the hotel is sitting there rotting, cant see any buyer interested. Without this we wil never get any rental income either

I've requested cancellation papers 7 times....and they are ignoring all of my requests....
