Try Mouhssine Mestassi from Département administratif, email address is
mmestassi@gfmmaroc.com, Mariam is the person who replies the most albeit sometimes you have to email several times a day, gradually getting stronger email by email.

nfassi@gfmmaroc.com is another email address, they don't bounce back but I doubt you will get much of a response.

You'll be very lucky to get any reply from anyone unless you're making arrangements to complete..... otherwise forget it..!! Customer service is rubbish...!! Ive been trying for 2 months to get a reply to an email from them....and NOTHING....6 reminders later.....NOTHING.....Disgraceful behaviour from people who have your money in their hands.
