In the sale agreement Article 12 is mentioned the quality charter.
such as this has not been respected by the builder I believe that the payment of 60% must be deferred until obtaining it.
Bottom line
The AP1 building IS NOT finished so the signing of the contract must be differed.

The ISO 9001 certification

Given the significant increase in activity level of the group and given the new investment opportunities in the housing sector economics, we have realized by 2000 that:

- It was imperative to ensure effective control and sustainable development through the establishment of an organization providing both control of transactions, but also the accountability of different actors involved in all processes;

- Group Addoha would stand out against its competitors through an offering quality services at both the safety of homes.

Quality approach adopted by the Group Addoha was crowned in October 2000 to obtain the certification ISO 9001 - version 2000 - issued by the "SGS European Quality Certification Institute" covering the following areas:
- design,
- development;
- the production
- and the marketing of housing.



This certification has been renewed for a further three-year period (June 2004/juin 2007).

It is noteworthy that among all Arab and African operators of real estate development sector, the Group Addoha was the first to have obtained ISO certification.

This international recognition is the culmination of the efforts that our group has made in several years to maintain relationships with customers based on trust and total satisfaction to its expectations in both quality of products strict delivery deadlines.

No marketing of accommodation is made at the group before the completion of the building and the model apartment. Buyers therefore have ample opportunity to directly assess the scene both the areas that the services offered. The model apartments of the group are always open to anyone wishing to bring an objective assessment on the quality of services.
