Those of us who are trying to sell without a profit are having difficulty finding buyers. These are off plan prices and they are not shifting!
Alot of buyers are refusing to complete bacause of the shoody work by the Spanish.
Be realistic- you want to hear that your property has made you money. It only makes you money when you can sell at a profit and have that profit in your hand.
Even Fadesa can't get rid of them1
