Does the problem has been fixed by GFM ?

Fadesa Morocco is responsible for defects

The construction is guaranteed for 10 years

They have never refused to remedy the problem


They can not fix the problem as the rains continue to fall

For the interior it is batter to wait until it dries very well before painting.

I am going soon to double check on site and I hope that the rain will stop .

why cannot they fix it? they just need to seal roof properly and re-paint inside. I saw my apt recently and it was a mess but got a promise that no money would be needed until it was sorted.

Does anyone know what the situation is with AP2? surely they have now corrected this problem on the newer builds.
