I COMPLETED THE PURCHASE OF MY V1 VILLA IN AUGUST. ALL FORMALITIES WERE COMPLETED WITH THE NOTAIRE WHO WAS DULY PAID.
I NOW HAVE A BUYER AND WISH TO SELL BUT I CAN'T BECAUSE ADOHHA HAVE NOT PAID CERTAIN MONIES THEY OWE (I BELIEVE TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITY)

I SUGGEST ALL BUYERS CONTACT ADOHHA IMMEDIATELY REGARDING THIS AND DEMAND AN ANSWER.

Dear,

Do you have the title of property (titrre de propieté) ?
Is Adohha part of the transaction ?
Do you owe monies to local authority ?

This story seems starnge.

I assumed I had title as the full amount has been paid and I signed with the notaire. I owe nothing. Adohha does and for that reason the deeds are still not transferred into my name. Beware because this will apply to all buyers

very strange

if you get full title that means Addoha maid transfer property to your name. you are free to do what ever with your property.
Addoha have nothing to do with you.
i thing you are on wrong hands
make sure The notaire paid Fadesa, usually the process take time but if you deal with same notaire i think that will be no problem.

My opinion: Deal trough same notaire to save headache and money.

WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I MADE FULL PAYMENT FOR MY PROPERTY. I OWE NOTHING TO ANYONE. ADOHHA HAVE FAILED TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO OR VIA THE NOTAIRE. THEREFORE THE NOTAIRE WILL NOT TRANSFER THE TITLE INTO MY NAME. I ONLY DISCOVERED THIS WHEN I TRIED TO RE SELL MY PROPERTY. ALL OTHERS WHO HAVE COMPLETED WILL BE IN THE SAME SITUATION. THOSE WHO HAVE NOT COMP[LETED WOULD BE FOOLISH TO DO SO WITHOUT CHECKING THIS. I WILL NOW GO TO A LEGAL PROCESS. IS ANYONE ELSE IN THE SAME SITUATION? IT WOULD BE WISE TO CHECK

IT'S A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE. SEND YOUR EMAIL OR CONTACT DETAILS AND I WILL GET HIM TO CONTACT YOU. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT ONLY PROPERTIES WHERE THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED CAN REALLY BE SOLD.
