Hi

Does anyone have any idea how much the management fees are for the on-going maintenance of the grounds, communal area etc.

Are those people who have now completed in AP1 started paying these fees?

The fees will be arond 75 euros .

For the moment,no charge .Addoha pay for security and maintenance

until ???? i have no idea wen they will start.
