Limited Phase 1 units available for sale

As most of us here would know, all apartments on the first phase of the Alcudia Smir OR Kabila were fully reserved prior to launch. However, there are a few units that have come back on the market for sale (or resale). The developers, Fadesa, have already confirmed that the next phase of the project will be launched very soon with an increase of at least 30% on the original prices.

Therefore, investors who still haven't bought their units and missed out have a chance of getting in on the first phase with an instant equity within their investments. However, there are very limited units available and they will go fairly quickly.

Just to clarify things, these units were bought in bulk by an investor who is now looking for an exit as he wants to move his money elsewhere. The company selling these units - investors provident - are an agent, who i believe were appointed by the investor to sell these units for him/her. (or something like that!)

if you feel this is a fraud, its very easy to call them up and talk to them! thats what i did!! the deal is definitely genuine and the units ARE actually available.

Could you clarify .... are these units available at the pre-release price or is the original purchaser looking to flip them at a profit ? Either way, perhaps you could confirm the pricing ?

Thanks

Hi All,
Just so you don't lose faith. There is still, or there was until very recently a Q of folks waiting to secure an allocation and the prices on at least one site have gone up by a minimum of 20% this month;

AP1 Type F Villa

I have found an AP1 villa available through an agent that I am interested in.

They say it has recently come back on the market and are asking just under €200,000.

Has anyone had dealings with http://www.moroccanproperty.eu ?
Does anybody know what the original asking price was?

Thanks in advance

It' a type F Villa in area V1.

I think I'm going to go for it on Monday having spoken to Fadesa.

It is a resale by the agent but it is likely to be about 15% cheaper than the next phase released apparently.

Does anybody have prices for V2?
