Fadesa contract

Hi all, a few more questions...

- Has anyone actually signed a contract yet?

- Was the original contract that you signed in Spanish or French (I'm assuming it was in Spanish considering Fadesa is a Spanish company)

- Was the contract with Fadesa or with "Company Residences du Soleil S.A."?

- If the latter, what relationship does "Company Residences du Soleil S.A." have with Fadesa?

This could be the subsidiary of Fadesa, set up in Morocco to develop Alkudia.

A company search could reveal more......

I haven't signed the contract yet.

It likes like its with Residences Du Soleil, S.A.

Like you, have no idea who that is...

Recidences du Soliel aren't on ORBIS so they must be either a new company or are not the equivalent of a Limited company (i.e. privately owned).

Neither are they listed as a subsidiary of Fadesa...

Fadesa's accounts are excellent by the way and they have a liquidity ratio of 17.6 up from 15.4 the previous year, which basically means they're financially solid. Doesn't mean Receidences are though...

I'll keep checking to see if ORBIS gets updated and will also check one or two other sources I have.

Or has anyone actually seen the original contract (not the translation)?

Its in French - two copies. And one roughly translated English copy....
