Here's the currency risk calculator I promised.

It's based on some assumptions but should give you an indication of the potential risk from Forex fluctuations.

All of the forecasters are predicting the £/Euro rate will change detrimentally once the November UK Interest Rate is out of the way.

In reality you need to add in the other purchase costs you'll need to make during the build process that are payable in Euros (e.g. the local taxes etc) as these are too affected by currency forex fluctuations. I've added some blank lines so you can play with these scenarios.
