i believe you can either have fadesa pay completion/notaire fees (3% of total price) or they will knock off the additional 6% vat on outstanding payments if you can complete by end of July.

Anyone been able to get more off thyan this?

Their starting to sound a bit desperate.If only a buyers group could have been setup.Could have put more pressure on them
