"Presentation"

Received a phone call followed by an e mail from Martinsa Fadesa inviting me to a "presentation" in The Citywest Hotel on 5th July 11.00 -5.00. The "presentation" is seemingly for clients who bought apartments in AP4 & AP5 from Martinsa Fadesa Irl. Has anyone else received the same ?

We all have. I've also asked Manzanares to be there and they've confirmed they are making arrangements to attend.

Was at this.. only stayed until food break.
Was stormy enough, a lot of people have been left in limbo because they did not pay the Oct 08 payment. Their old guarantee is null and void and the new one is not in place yet and will probably not give them an "out". If people want to cancel their contract (and get back 75%) they will have to wait until the unit is sold on to get their money accorbing to GFM.
As we paid the Oct payment and are (hopefully!!) in the final stages of getting back what we put in, I only went out of curiosity and to meet Manzanares (Marcos and Ingio)
