Which bank ?
Is your appartment ground floor ?

Did you get assisance from GFM ?

I have not used agent to buy this apartment, so I used internet , I saved the money and time. Finally everything was fine except minors work ,no matter you asking for they fixed it for you with no charge.
My bloc is 12,for bloc 17 , i saw some people around there but i am not sure, if they are owners .

I don't think it's a good idea to complete until AP1 is totally completed. Fadesa are offering not very much at all in order to complete early. Property prices in Morocco have gone down considerably.

Riaz,
While I agree that there is not much of a market now for overseas homes do you have any source for the decline in pricing? When I was there in July asking prices did not seem to be discounted.

im hoping its not just wishful thinking but i agree, i was over in July & looking at other developments was really pleased at how high prices were staying.

I would also like to think that prices have not gone down.

From what I have been told by those selling properties in morocco, demand has gone down and the only way they are going to get the apartments sold is by reducing prices. So whilst they may be asking for high prices they are not necessarily getting them. Look at the economy, there is not much money available in the west. How many of us are able to follow through with our purchase in alkudia. Those of us hoping to flip are stuck.
