Glad your going out there Colin and am looking forward to the photos. I'm not sure what I'm doing at the moment - am considering pulling out (for various reasons).

However, haven't pulled out just yet so still interested in the outcome of your visit. I think my apartment is B1-3-14 in AP1.

I'm interested in the quality of finish, the status of the overall complex (hotel, pools, landscaping etc.) and the plans going forward.

Interested in the cost of the Maintenance Contract for shared areas.

Also interested in any Management Contracts they may be offering.

In response to others comments, I think you'll struggle not to pay the full amount of the outstanding balance. Typically, your contract if for the building of your apartment, nothing else. Therefore if nothing else is built, then your contract still stands. However, there is nothing stopiing you from walking away (although you would lose your deposit)

Hi newtomorocco,

Open the photo's files and save it as low resolution JPEG (JPG) files, this will reduce the file size and allow you to upload the files.

The first photo shows the sides of the apartment blocks
in AP1.
The second and third show the 4* hotel. Next to that they
were going to build shops- I'm not sure if they still are. As
you can see they have just started the hotel. As far as I know
the hotel is still unsold as are the shops. The fourth and fifth
are views from the beach, you can see how far they have got
with the apart hotel which is lots of separate blocks infont of AP1.

I hope this is of use to some of you.

Newtomorocco,

Thanks for sharing your photos.
Do you think the apartments will be ready for June?
There doesn't seem to be much change. I am surprised the hotel is at such an early stage. Does anyone know when the aparthotel and hotel are supposed to be completed?

Newtomorocco, you mentioned that the aparthotel infront was in separate blocks. Does this mean that there is direct access to our apartments. Do you know about the proposed security?
Colin whenyou go would you find out about the security of the development.

Thanks
