Price revaluation

has anyone thought that the value of the apts may have decreased in value since deposits were paid & due to the fact that completion has been delayed through no fault of purchasers should we be in a position to have new valuations done or in some case a decrease in price, just a thought !

think it would be very hard & you would need most people join in .which in this forum seems very hard.they will say you signed a contract & thats it.but depends how far you want to push it
