What is going on at Alkudia Smir

I have brought an appartment in AP 4 Block 8 which i was told would be ready at the end of 2009. Is this realistic or am I in dream world. Is it more likely that I will be trying to claim my money back using the bank guarantee. It would be good to hear from others in a similar position. Francis
