Bank Guarantee & Power of Attorney

New to the forum today. We bought in AP5 and our legal advice from Manzanares was to go ahead with the Oct payment (despite wanting to cancel & get a refund) in order to fulfill our contractual commitments and thereby activate the bank guarantee.

Before we sign a power of attorney which is a fairly big step my question is has anyone else managed to get any money back yet via Manzanares and the bank guarantee scheme yet?

dont give POA without clearly specifying excatly what can and cannot be done in your name. to make a futher payment does not require POA
