Had problems with contacting the fadesa moroc number.But managed to get a fadesa rep for u.k through calling the irish one. Took time to get any where. but got a six month delay on the feb payment.

AP-7 the block i'm in is soposidly to be ready in the fist quarter of 2010
have to wait & see on that.

Don't worry before you have to stump up the last payment it will be very clear if the project is going to be a success. Not the worst place to be:D

Hi all, is that a realistic date for completion of ap1 and does it also apply to v1. It doesn't seem to far off.

Hi,

I contacted GFM customers support about delivery dates.

They confirmed the following dates :

AP1 & V1 June 2009
AP2 & V2 Dec 2009
AP4,AP5,AP7 June 2010
AP9 Dec 2010.

Compass, Playa Vista!!!??? I'm not sure those words should be uttered on this forum! Glad I got all my money back from them!

This lot went bankrupt and it still looks as though we're going to get our appartments!

I should really phone them soon and find out for myself what the current situation is.
