Hi VAF,

I am an investor on the Alkudia smir development, but I have not received any letter or information about what has been happening recently. Would it be possible to send me the email address of the GFM customer support services so that I can contact them.

My main concern at present is the near expiry of the bank guarentee.

Many thanks

You are going to get plenty of warm promises but at the end of the day no action.

Watch this spot.

Hi Frenchy,

Did this lady actually sort out your problem?

Forget about words, we are in Morocco don't forget and NO (or true intentions) is just not an answer in these parts. Unfourtunately no action often accompany warm promises.

Keep watching this space.

IF you get the letter at all it will most likely ask you to complete (where applicable) under a "shotgun" or something concerning the parting of your hard earned cash or rights.

I just cannot see a service provided to you or your fellow buyers. The Moroccans don't put pen to paper if it's not to threaten you and always to their benefit.

Hope I am wrong. Inshallah.

Sorry to come across as a gloom and doom merchant.

One thing, though. The more your margin of confidence the more your money (and your planned property) is at risk. Up to you.

Again, please keep all my posts for future reference. Don't say you weren't warned.

Pepe.
