Can anyone provide a definitive summary ?

Like most on here, I have made stage payments for property at Kabila - 40% on a V1 Villa and AP4 Apart.
I have the original bank guarantees.
I have read all the stuff on Fadesa, Fadesa Maroc, Guarantees etc etc and receive Google alerts daily. I have read all the correspondence on this site.
I also have used Macarena at Legalex for legal work.

I read that for Fadesa property in Spain, you have to register a claim with the Administrators by Oct 1st. DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING ? I assume not.

Does anybody know the validity of the guarantees ? I have read about problems 'registering' but mine are signed by the bank.

If all is OK, when is estimated completion ?

I'd really appreciate some impartial comments. I'm not unduly worried although maybe I should be !!

Didn't quite understand that last sentence... Harsh? For the developer or for the client?
