building progress

I just received a reassuring letter from the chairman of the group addoha me stating that the work will continue and that delivery times will be réspectés. Any person should receive this kind of mail.

yes the letter from fadessa maroc is promising. i had a look at the site over the weekend and AP1 is going well.

Can i ask you what the letter basically said about the development in Alcudia Smir? I have not recieved any communication from them at all. I have purchased a place in AP 5, do you have any news of that section.

basically saying keep the faith and the project is pushing ahead as planned. I dont know anything about AP 5 as was focused on AP 1. get a flight to malaga and check out site for yourself. its a nice area.

Hi,

I went on site on 9th July 2008 (before the bad news)
AP1 is almost completed.
AP2,V1,V2,aparthotel and Hotel are in progress.

About infrastructures ,the promenade (3 km) and beach are fully completed and are Beautiful, the motorway along AP9 is also finished and operational.
and has no negative impacte on the develpment.
The beach is fully equiped (WC,shower and free sunshade) ,the sea water
is crystal clear.
I have several pictures ,that I'll post soon

i was there yesterday & there was activity on site. Fella there said AP1 will be ready by March 2009, but then again he is gonna just say whatever the official line is.

AP1 will be delivered by March 09 ,for 2 reasons :

- AP1 is almost finished (more than 90%)
- Fadesa needs money to terminate the whole project
