Golden Sands ~ AP2

On all the property websites it mentions a new golf course being built adjacent to Alcudia Smir but I have been unable to find any information on whether this is actually happening or not. If anyone knows anything about it please do let us know.

I believe nothing is 100% definite yet about this new golf course.
However, the 1 and only document I can find on the internet is the following link:

Golden Sands in red in the top left, with a new golf course being 'planned' behind and to the right. If this is the case, then it not part of the development at all, but it is not too far away.
