I might be interested, i've just got to sell my 4 bedroom villa (with pool) in Florida. I've been offered $5,000 for it and the bank says thats a good offer, as the most anyone will offer to buy the bank itself for is $1, and thats only on condition the FED will lend them $30 billion.
