I have just received this update from my agent La Luz property

I am pleased to tell you we have had confirmation from Fadesa that the site at Alcudia Smir has been cleared and prepared and that construction commenced last week.

The schedule they gave me for the phased completion is as follows:

AP1 - December 2008
V1 Villas -December 2008
AP7 - February 2009
V2 Villas - April 2009

I was on site on 28th June,
Looked like most of site had been cleared,
Frame of a few apartments had been started,
and 2 floors of block 1 in ap1 had been done, rendered etc. (looked like that was gonna be completed soon, maybe as a show apartment?)
Very long stretch of promenade is practically completed (no units, just literally the promenade)
There was approx 80 people on site.
I thought beach was nice, but more "shingly" than it appears to be in photos. Still ok though.
Will post some photos when re-united with camera later in week for those interested.

Can anyone explain in simple terms how i put pictures on this site,
ive got about 6 pics at 2mb each, the upload allowed size is 256kb.
Or if anyone is more computer literate than me, which is probably just about everyone, i could email to them & they could post them if they wish.

Regards

Kenz

Thanks to kenz...
