I agree I hardly use forum because of Shak going on about the same boring thing nothing he will ever say will change my mind he is just making a complete fool of himself. Im sure its the same guy from the channel 5 programme when they were looking for a house in Morocco last year, the guy that was purchasing on that was called Shak, if it is him enough said.

I'm happy to delete anything he posts but he is so scorned by fadesa he will probably just re join under a different name I can think of a few that will fit :lol:

Well said SD. Has been on mind every single time i open the forum and read Shak's "advice". Thing we're all satisfied as to your convictions and views on the developer and this development. I wholeheartedly agree that you should leave the forum to those who have a vested interest in seeing the developpment SUCCEED. Potential investors can look at your previous postings if they need advice. To be honest i'm a little suspicious of somebody who has no intention or interest in investing here, yet seems to post more comments than anybody else. Have you really got nothing better to be doing with your time??!

Has anybody out there got any recent updates on progress or proposed start dates? Has anybody been on site recently?

. Only progress report i got was;

"On the other hand I inform you that the building works have already started the grounds abdications according to the schedules".

Which i think means there's a hole in the ground and someone with a schedule.......
