yeh thats what zone i'm in would of been happy to be where i was before

but then came verry close to canceling but then went ahead with it so far as no contracts have been signed just gives me more time to think

told it will have a sea view but just plan to flip it & you get one pool for seven blocks

Have you been told what prices are for 2beds and 2 bed penthouses on AP7?

I am keen to work out if it is viable to flip my phase 1 penthouse.

20% more than phase 1 i think i was origonaly on ap1 till they moved me as gave it to someone more inportant i would think as i was on the back lefthand side which in the new plans look one of the better one's on ap1 now

Two bed penthouses in phase 1 were 105,000 Euro. In phase 2 they are 145,000 Euro. That's a 38% increase and phase 1 (AP1) is a much better location. Supply and demand I guess!
