Nice pictures! I also uploaded some of mine, I could see my own appartment on your pictures, where approximately did you buy? And how was your completion experience? What do you need to pay extra? How was it?

Some excellent photos, and some bits and pieces of progress since the summer.

So long as things continue to improve it's hard to complain...

my apartment is in AP5 on the ground floor in block 2, close to the pool. Completion experience was fine. I saw my apartment in July and did snagging then and also had Hatim from Medlatlantic properties who checked it out before i transferred funds. When i got out there in December all i had to do was sign the title deeds at the Notary and i also did a power of attorney. Then i went to get the water and electricity turned on....still have the furniture to sort out which i will do this month and then hope to go out again soon....

How much did the notary cost? And where did you turn on the water and electricity? Where can I get Hatim's contact information? I will be going in May, so I think I want him too for my appartement :p

HATIM AL HABIB
Email: hatim@medlanticproperties.com
GSM: + 212 672 893 711
www.medlanticproperties.com

i think we turned on the water and electricity in Fin'diq..but Hatim will take you once you have the contract/deeds etc. It takes about 3 days for the utilities to be set up

I think the notary fees are around 8000 MAD and then there are syndicate feeds of over 5000 MAD but i dont recall exact amounts....the syndicate fees are payable every year.

COLIN - thanks again for the loan of your apartment....

Yes there has been progress since the Summer although there appeared to be more security guards (a good thing) than residents or construction workers. Other nearby developments like Cabo Negro and the Carlton had lots of work going on.....

It was very peaceful though...
