I bought in AP 7

What's happening at Alcudia Smir?

I bought in AP 7

Postby oulad » Thu Aug 30, 2012 8:34 pm

Hello,

Are there any members who bought in AP 7? Or people who have some general knowledge about the project? I read there are some issue with the syndic in AP 1, will this also apply for AP 7?

regards,

Hi Oulad,

Welcome to the forum.

I remember reading somewhere in the forum that AP7 will be the focus of the developer soon?

Any problems in AP1 will have no impact on AP7 as there would be a separate syndicate for AP7.

Thanks,

Colin.

Well, that is reassuring. I also read that Fadesa went bankrupt and that Addoha took over. Will this effect the project as a whole? I mean, will the hotel finish and the gardens? Addoha has a solid reputation, I guess. Do you yourself have an appartement in Alcudia?

Hi Oulad,

Thanks sharing your experience.

Yes the place is wonderful.

From the pictures the site seems quiet , I suppose you took picture during ramadan.

In which bloc in AP7 are you ?

Regards

i feel that this is a wonderful project. It is nice and calm, very close to Ceuta and the high road and a wonderful boulevard. Only place better I can think of is Kabila, Restinga and Cabo Negro, but they are quite old compared to alcudia smir.
