Anyone pleased with their notary ?

I have to complete in the next few weeks on a villa. Any tips regarding the final inspection, extra charges, free-bees, delays...? (After five years waiting the only discount I've managed is to pay 14% tax instead of 20%.)
It all seems a bit daunting now.

there are some companies out there that will help with your completion, snagging, furniture packs etc. I have not completed yet (still waiting on final date) so can not comment on how good they are but i have a recommendation - if you are interested pm me...

Thanks, but as I am not very busy these days I am going to try and do it all myself!
