a visit of 3 days on site allowed me to conclude that the villas are well finished and claims to be living.
AP1 aside the Pisicine nine the rest did not change. facades are desteriorating presence of cracks and trace
infiltrations balconies
the gardens are well maintained the watchman is assuré
the beach is always nice and clean.
I m expecting a worse because actulay the maintenance is free intill ?????
it seems that the bulder has taken a break to start work on facades
