Hi does anyone know what is going on with AP5?

I hear its almost complete and should be ready by next summer.

I haven't been down myself personally in 10 months but other snippets I could gather was that AP1 is now looking a bit better and the work is been undertaken on the gardens, proper barriers have been installed and it has been cleaned up.

I also hear the aparthotels (at the front) have now been sold and are being completed by the new owners directly to their specs.

Hi VAF

I reckon you're talking years. I unnderstand the hotel will be last to be developed. I reckon 3/4 years before it is completed.

Whole place should look amazing by then tho. Personally i'm happy to hold for 5 years+. Plenty of time for world economics to get sorted anyway.
